Virtual Logger

Security

VirtualLogger takes its client and their customer’s data security seriously and has implemented multiple levels of protection to safeguard the data. Physical storage is in a highly secure, continuously monitored facility with biometric and other authorization controls. Redundant firewall protection with multiple DMZs and a Unified Threat Management system protect the network. Depending on the client or system involved, VirtualLogger systems use passwords, secure tokens, IP-address restrictions and data encryption to assure that data is secured and inaccessible to unauthorized personnel.

Passwords can be administered to strictly control access to audio and screen records on a user by user basis and can be constructed to client defined levels of complexity to confound hacking attempts. VirtualLogger employs 256-bit encryption of sensitive files ensuring that no stored data can be read without using the correct password or keyfile.
